Description:
The Admissions Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the Admissions Advisors and manages departmental data and lead processes to support the Institute’s enrollment goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective admissions strategies, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a culture of excellence for the student experience. Working closely with the Admissions & Recruitment Director and other campus departments, the Admissions Coordinator supervises staff, streamlines workflows, and ensures the admissions team consistently meets performance standards. By combining strategic planning with hands-on leadership, this position plays a vital role in advancing Christ for the Nations Institute’s mission to equip and empower students for global impact.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems; strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
Prior experience in admissions, enrollment services, or higher education administration strongly preferred.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to departmental objectives.
Special Requirements:
Availability for occasional evening and weekend commitments during peak admissions events (e.g., New Student Arrival, Campus Days).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement admissions strategies by analyzing trends, setting performance metrics, and ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and student service.
Oversee data and lead management systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in student records and reporting.
Supervise Admissions Advisors and the Receptionist, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Assign and prioritize work, remove roadblocks, and promote professional growth within the team.
Partner with the Admissions & Recruitment Director in goal-setting, progress tracking, and preparing reports that evaluate departmental effectiveness.
Work cross-departmentally to enhance the admissions process and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Coordinate New Student Arrival week in partnership with campus departments to deliver a welcoming and efficient student experience.
Support recruitment initiatives through campus tours, advising sessions, and participation in Campus Days.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator to plan and execute activities that maximize the success of Campus Days and related events.
Assist with additional assignments and projects that align with departmental and institutional priorities.
Serve as a proactive representative of the Admissions Department, modeling professionalism, innovation, and commitment to CFNI’s mission.
