Description:
To oversee the Human Resources Department and to assure CFN compliance with all laws pertaining to Human Resources, as well as established CFN HR policies & procedures.
Qualifications:
Accredited Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or HR-related field and five years of related business, management or HR experience. Time served within CFN in any of these areas can be included in the five-year requirement.
Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, as well as having exceptional people skills for mediation issues.
Must work well as a team member across the board with all levels of leadership & management personnel.
Must be able to execute an ethical and moral decision making processes, and help in analyzing and approving all employee hires and dismissals.
Possessing a mature, Christ-like character is critical to this position.
Special Requirements:
A previous strong relationship with CFN is critical to understanding the heart of the organization, its mission and the type of personnel required to help fulfill that mission statement.
A CFNI degree is highly preferred for this position (on top of other education requirements listed above).
Oversight of the interview and hiring process for all CFN employees. Gives final written approval for all CFN hires on personnel requisitions.
Supervises the Payroll and Benefits Administrator staff.
Supervises the HR Admin Manager staff.
Serves as the liaison with all CFN departments for all HR matters.
Manages and updates overall HR policies & procedures.
