Operating under the strategic direction of the Marketing Director, this role manages marketing workflow from intake to completion, coordinates cross-functional creative efforts, and ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. This position plays a key role in strengthening organizational excellence by streamlining processes, improving communication, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies with clarity and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and clarify all incoming marketing requests through a formal intake and prioritization process
Coordinate schedules, timelines, and assignments across creative, social media, and student-focused teams
Track project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives
Identify capacity challenges or workflow bottlenecks and escalate priority decisions to the Marketing Director
Improve communication and accountability between departments and the marketing team
Maintain consistent processes, documentation, and follow-through across marketing projects
Support the Marketing Director by protecting strategic focus and reducing operational burden
