Description:
The Part-Time Video and Visual Content Creator supports the Marketing Department in producing compelling video and visual content for use across digital platforms, campaigns, and events. This role involves planning and capturing video footage, editing, and contributing to the overall visual storytelling of the organization. Responsibilities also include transporting, setting up, and maintaining production equipment, directing during shoots, and delivering polished final products such as promotional videos, short films, or event coverage. This position works under the supervision of the Marketing Director and under the guidance of the Lead Videographer and Social Media Coordinator, in collaboration with graphic designers and photographers. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a collaborative, professional approach to working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Audition
Adobe Photoshop (Experience with Illustrator, Lightroom, or other Adobe Creative Cloud apps is a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and visual composition
Creative and adaptable
Physically capable of handling and transporting equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop visual content for campaigns and communications
Plan, shoot, and edit video projects (e.g., interviews, b-roll, promos, events)
Contribute to the creation of other visual content (e.g., still photography, motion graphics, social media visuals)
Maintain and manage digital storage, project files, and media archives
Set up and tear down video and audio equipment, lighting, and sets
Keep all video and photo equipment organized and in good working condition
Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Edit footage, including color correction, sound design, captioning, and graphic overlays
Insert on-screen elements such as subtitles, lower thirds, motion graphics, and special effects
Ensure all final content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
