Description:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading all copy produced by the Marketing Department, including advertisements, social media captions, and general communications. This role also oversees the scheduling, coordination, and execution of CFNI’s social media content across platforms. This position is ideal for a team-oriented individual who thrives in a goal-driven, collaborative environment. The workflow may be fast-paced and highly interactive, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and consistent communication within the Marketing Department.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in English, including grammar, spelling, proofreading, and audience-focused writing
Ability to research topics, analyze information, and summarize key points clearly and accurately
Experience scheduling and managing social media content across multiple platforms
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking (basic to intermediate)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a marketing team
Attention to detail and consistency in brand voice and messaging
Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media best practices
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Special Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and initiating content for CFNI’s social media platforms by creating daily, weekly and monthly tasks within ClickUp and ensuring all team members involved in each project have been assigned and briefed
Proofreading content for brochures, e-mails, landing pages, subtitles, websites, social media, etc. on a daily basis
Managing livestream comments for live institute sessions such as chapel when possible and lectures on a daily basis
Following-up with other teams within the Marketing Department to ensure consistent progress is being made on current/due projects on a daily basis
Following-up with other teams within the social media team to ensure consistent updates are being provided regarding weekly and yearly goals
Leading brief social media team meetings on a weekly basis to ensure main team goals are met
Continually curating content with language that maintains the CFNI voice
