CFNI does not participate in federal financial aid programs. As a ministry-focused Bible college, CFNI operates outside of the traditional accreditation and federal aid system in order to prioritize hands-on ministry training and a flexible, ministry-driven curriculum.
At the same time, we deeply value higher education and academic growth. CFNI maintains partnerships with accredited institutions where eligible students may be able to access federal financial aid and transfer CFNI credits toward further academic study, depending on their receiving school’s policies.
For an F-1 visa, U.S. immigration regulations require schools to verify that international students have sufficient, readily available funds to cover their estimated cost of attendance, typically at least the first academic year (tuition, fees, and living expenses), before issuing the Form I-20. This is done through proof of financial support, which can come from the student, family, a sponsor, scholarships, or other approved funding sources.
Because CFNI does not participate in federal financial aid programs, students take a proactive approach to funding their education. Many save in advance, work part-time, or raise support through family, friends, and their church community.
CFNI is committed to keeping tuition as affordable as possible so students can pursue their calling without an unnecessary financial burden. We encourage you to plan and build a financial strategy that allows you to stay focused during your time at CFNI. Our team is here to help guide you as you prepare.
Your generosity helps equip and train students to carry the Gospel and make an eternal impact around the world. Give today to invest in the next generation of world changers.
